Hi! Thank you for considering me for your prom experience. Please be sure to read all deliverables before booking.

 

Firstly, in order to secure & assure you have your position, you must pay a deposit of $75 which is non-refundable.

The $75 will NOT go towards your prom suit total this is just to secure your spot.

 

Be mindful that customs are a luxury and valuable item.

 

There is a strict 1 of 1 policy, meaning NO suit under any circumstances will be remade, including your own.

 

All suits and ideas will be confidential with Tylar and her staff!

 

It is strongly requested that you please keep your ideas confidential amongst yourself, Tylar, and her management. Tylar nor her management is responsible if someone replicates your idea as a result of you disclosing confidential information.

 

Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied with a parent for each meeting with Tylar or you will not be serviced.

 

Be sure to pick a day , location, and time that best suits you to sit and discuss your prom suit and ideas with Tylar and her team.

 

To ensure everything is done on time, Tylar will give a grace period of 5 minutes for the meetings. If you have extended over the grace period, there will be an additional $20 charge in order to continue with the service and proceed with your order.

 

Your service will include 3 meetings:

 

(1st) Beginning Meet-Up

⁃ Discuss your suit ideas

⁃ Fill out paper work

 

You may only reschedule your meeting time once. If possible, please let Tylar or her management know (48) hours/(2) days prior to your meeting.

 

Tylar will forward 4 different outlines that will be sketched in detail of your suit. It will be sent in approximately 2-3 weeks after having the meeting(s). If you are unsatisfied with the rough drafts there will be an extra charge of $50 allowing you to get another set of 4 different outlines with the appropriate changes you request to be made. The charges must be sent over first in order to begin.

 

(2nd) Final Decision Meeting

⁃ Add ons

⁃ Look at ideas in person

⁃ Discuss ideas or inputs that Tylar has come up with.

⁃ Final pricing and payment options

⁃ Last minute add- ons (all add ons must be paid in full)

⁃ (No add-ons will be accepted after final decision meeting)

In order for Tylar to begin on the suit process 100% of your first payment must be paid in full.

(Details will be discussed at actual consultation meeting.)

Following the meetings you will have approximately (5) days to contact Tylar or her management if you would like anything added or taken away. Anything after the 5 days will be an additional fee of $15.

⁃ Decision About Tylar’s Travel

⁃ If possible, please arrive to the meeting prepared to take pictures (hair-cut, hair twisted, etc.)

⁃ Your pictures will not be posted without your consent. There will be a consent form including a date and time when Tylar’s manager is allowed to post pictures.

 

Once you receive your grand total of your suit, depending on your prom day Tylar will decide on how many days for Tylar to receive the payments for the grand total. You will have the option of making payments, however everything is on a time frame. In order for everything to be done on time, please ensure to stay on top of your payments. Due to pieces selling out (suit, patches, etc), this is ESSENTIAL.

All remaining payments must be paid 3 months before prom if you are behind on your payments.

After you are 3 payments behind you will get a message from Tylar's management stating further decisions. You will also be required to add a late fee. Price of late fee will reflect on total payment price in all.

 

 

 

You do have an option of just styling. Nothing will be custom however, you will receive a service that will style you from head to toe and help throughout the entire process. Such as purchasing items for you, giving links to order things, etc.

 

Custom luxury prom suits will take time. Tylar request that you wait patiently for updates to be sent from Tylar or her management. If you have an absolute concerning issue, feel free to contact Tylar management.
